The story of Cheiro Nativo Inn is a tale of love for Bahia (state in northeastern Brazil) and the natural beauty of Trancoso. Founded in 2017 by passionate travelers Arianna and Romualdo, the inn is the result of a journey of discovery and renewal.

It all began when Arianna and Romualdo left the hustle and bustle of London behind in search of new adventures. During a visit to picturesque Trancoso, they stumbled upon the inn, a hidden treasure waiting to be rediscovered.

Enchanted by the energy of the place and the potential they saw, they decided to make that abandoned inn their new home. After a year of planning and preparation, they returned to Bahia determined to transform that space into a welcoming destination for travelers from all over the world.

They bought the property and began a renovation process, inspired by the dedication of the former owners. Over the years, the inn has been carefully restored and revitalized, preserving its original essence and adding touches of modernity and comfort.

Today, Cheiro Nativo Inn is much more than just a commercial establishment. It is a home away from home for those seeking peace, tranquility, and connection with nature. Under the loving management of Arianna and Romualdo, the inn continues to welcome guests from all over the world, sharing the beauty and charm of Trancoso with all who visit.
